Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to adult clients across various backgrounds.
• Utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to facilitate client progress and address psychological challenges.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of sessions to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A master’s level degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active license to practice as a mental health professional, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of experience in providing clinical psychotherapy services to adult clients.
• Proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly for session documentation.
• A clean professional record, free from disciplinary actions from any licensing board.

Compensation and Benefits
