Leading clinical strategy and integration for CalAIM and the D-SNP, ensuring high-quality, coordinated care across lines of business; Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and equitable care across the provider network; Providing executive oversight of utilization management, including clinical policy, decision-making, and system improvement efforts; Leading and supporting quality improvement initiatives, performance measurement, and outcomes-based evaluation; Overseeing clinical aspects of grievances, appeals, and regulatory inquiries, ensuring timely and compliant responses; Overseeing NCQA accreditation activities, including ongoing readiness, performance improvement, documentation, and alignment with quality and equity standards;
