• A robust referral network to facilitate rapid practice growth.
• Training in the HoLEP procedure, attracting patients from across the nation.
• Strong support from three Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who are capable of performing procedures independently, including cystoscopies.
• Opportunities for teaching and engaging in research.
• Enjoy a favorable work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8 AM to 4 PM, along with light, manageable on-call duties. Additional compensation is available for extra weekend on-call shifts.
