Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility Needed Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and treatment to patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical history and physical abilities Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Implement and monitor treatment plans, making adjustments as needed Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and function Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Document all patient progress and treatment in a timely and accurate manner Stay updated on advancements in the field of physical therapy and incorporate new techniques and technologies into practice Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Current state license or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to work weekends and possibly float to neighboring sites as needed Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $40-$43 per hour.
