In this role, you will be moving materials, staging product, and loading/unloading freight using various material handling equipment to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

What You Will Do

• Safely operate material handling equipment including sit-down counterbalance forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, order pickers, or electric pallet jacks .
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers, container trucks, or staging docks.
• Transport raw materials, work-in-progress inventory, and finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Use RF scanners to log inventory movements, scan barcodes, and confirm order accuracy.
• Stack, rack, organize, and stage materials at heights or in narrow aisles according to warehouse bin locations.
• Perform pre-shift safety and equipment inspections on forklifts and report maintenance issues promptly.

What You Need

• Prior experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks required.
• Forklift certification or prior workplace operator card preferred (on-site re-certification often provided).
• Ability to use RF scan guns and perform basic inventory counts accurately.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs periodically as required by shipping demands.
• Strong commitment to warehouse safety protocols and spatial awareness.
• Reliable transportation and consistent, dependable attendance every day.
• Ability to pass standard background screening and drug testing requirements.
