Dental Front Office

Emerald Coast Endodontics

Job Description

Emerald Coast Endodontics is a specialty endodontic practice in Miramar Beach / Destin seeking a warm, organized Front Desk Coordinator to greet patients, run the schedule, and keep the office day flowing.

Responsibilities

- Answer phones; schedule and confirm appointments

- Check patients in/out; collect payment at time of service (fee-for-service — no copays)

- File dental insurance claims so patients can be reimbursed; track status and answer benefit questions

- Coordinate with referring general dentists

- Maintain accurate charts, consents, and front-desk paperwork

- Keep a calm, friendly front desk for often-anxious patients

Requirements

- Dental or medical front desk experience preferred (endo/specialty a plus)

- Strong phone and people skills

- Comfortable with practice software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar) and insurance claim filing

- Reliable, HIPAA-aware, team-oriented

- Able to work our hours (typically Mon–Thu early start; Fri half-day)
