Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking an OR Staff Nurse to provide safe, evidence-based perioperative care in a dynamic surgical setting. Key Responsibilities Include Performing pre-operative assessments and ensuring patient readiness. Circulating and scrubbing for various surgical procedures. Monitoring intraoperative patient status and maintaining sterile techniques. Managing medication administration, accurate counts, and documentation. Collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia, and support teams to ensure patient safety. Supporting patient and family education regarding surgical processes. Mentoring new staff members and participating in quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications And Skills Current nursing license and relevant perioperative experience. Strong clinical skills in surgical environments. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
