Job Description Wentworth House & Aurora Apartments (LCOR) is currently seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team. Job Responsibilities Tour prospective residents throughout each building and lease apartments Answer leasing calls and respond to online inquiries Process applications, prepare lease paperwork, and submit weekly/monthly reports Resolve resident issues or concerns Coordinate and follow up on maintenance requests for residents Market the community through online advertisements, corporate outreach, and social media Job Requirements 1 to 3 years’ experience in Property Management 1 to 3 years’ experience with high rise and lease up Knowledge of Yardi Software Some college experience preferred Experience with Fairfax County’s Workforce Dwelling Unit (WDU) program preferred Class A Highrise / lease‑up experience preferred Excellent customer service and communication skills Working most weekends is necessary (2 days off during the week) Working during inclement weather is also necessary Salary and Benefits Competitive salary $22-24/hr depending on experience.
