Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?ResponsibilitiesBuild AI-powered capabilities for TeamViewer Tia and the broader AI platform.Design and develop services that enable intelligent workflows, automation, and seamless user experiences.Define testing and evaluation approaches to ensure AI features meet quality, reliability, and performance standards.Improve AI solutions through experimentation, iteration, and data-driven decision making.Optimize AI services for scalability, performance, cost efficiency, and reliability in production environments.Partner with product, platform, and security teams to deliver secure and impactful customer-facing capabilities.Contribute to engineering best practices and leverage AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and quality.Requirements8+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python expertise and a track record of delivering production-grade systems.Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions.Experience working with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval systems, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.Proven ability to define success metrics, evaluate system performance, and use data to improve outcomes.Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-based applications.Familiarity with the challenges of deploying AI systems in production, including reliability, security, scalability, and performance.Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining high standards for code quality and maintainability.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and bonusesFlexible PTO and paid holidays401(k) with employer matchingComprehensive Health insurance package including 100% employer-paid medical coverageUp to 12 weeks of Parental LeaveBasic Life Insurance, Short-Term & Long-Term Disability, 100% employer-paidQuarterly teambuilding events, leadership luncheons, and companywide “All Hands” meetingsOpen door policy and business casual dress codeWe celebrate diversity as one of our core values.
