We're looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the execution of Gaui's marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, creator partnerships, and day-to-day brand operations.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at both the creative and operational side of marketing. You'll help coordinate projects, communicate with creators and partners, assist with content creation, support campaign execution, and help ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.

The role is built around three key skills:

Communication. Creativity. Execution.

We're looking for someone with at least 2 years of direct marketing experience within an agency, beauty brand, or fashion brand, along with a genuine interest in fashion, branding, consumer behavior, and the process of building something meaningful over time.

More About The Role

As a Marketing Assistant, you'll work closely with the Head of Marketing and creative team to support a wide range of initiatives across content, campaigns, creator partnerships, product launches, photoshoots, and ongoing marketing projects.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. Our environment moves quickly, and we're looking for someone who can adapt, communicate effectively, and help keep projects moving forward with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and naturally thinks ahead. They anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and take ownership of their responsibilities rather than waiting for direction at every step.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Supporting creator and influencer outreach initiatives.
• Assisting with creator gifting, partnerships, and relationship management.
• Communicating with creators and influencers.
• Assist with strategic PR outreach and relationship management across industry contacts.
• Assisting with content creation for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
• Supporting campaign preparation, photoshoots, and product launches.
• Assisting with content editing and content organization.
• Helping organize and maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and workflows.
• Supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and day-to-day brand initiatives.
• Identifying opportunities to improve communication, organization, and execution across projects.
• Helping ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct marketing experience within an agency, fashion brand, or beauty brand.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns and creator partnerships.
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for fashion, branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior.
• Strong sense of accountability, and follow-through.
• Excited about contributing to the growth and evolution of the brand.

Applicants must be based in Miami, Florida, or the surrounding area and able to commute to our office. This is an in-person role with a schedule of Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability required for photoshoots and content productions.
