About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with behavior analysts, therapists, and other professionals to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)

• Collecting and recording data on client behavior, progress, and achievement of goals

• Collaborating with behavior analysts to develop and modify treatment plans based on data analysis

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client data and therapy sessions

• Providing a supportive and engaging environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being

• Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy sessions according to established protocols and treatment plans

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of applicable ABA principles, techniques, and best practices

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client data, including progress notes, treatment plans, and correspondence

• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge

• Collaborate with behavior analysts to modify treatment plans based on data analysis and client progress

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate's degree in a related field preferred

• Minimum 1 year of RBT experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related diagnoses

• Strong understanding of ABA principles, techniques, and best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to various locations
