MSL Field Medical Director, Oncology - Northeast

Regional Field Medical Director leading Field Medical teams in oncology across the Northeast. Responsible for translating medical strategy into regional execution, coaching scientific professionals, and elevating healthcare professional insights to inform evidence and medical planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Field Medical team members to deliver consistent, compliant scientific engagement in multiple myeloma
- Translate medical and therapeutic strategy into regional field priorities and execution plans
- Establish standards for scientific exchange and healthcare professional engagement across the region
- Review and elevate field-identified healthcare professional perspectives to inform medical planning
- Conduct field ride observations, coaching, and feedback to strengthen scientific capability of direct report MSLs
Requirements
- Advanced scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of multiple myeloma disease area and clinical evidence
- Field Medical, Medical Affairs, or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching field-based scientific professionals
- Experience translating medical strategy into field execution and performance standards
- Ability to interpret field-identified insights for medical and evidence planning
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills within Medical Affairs organizations
