Job Title: Full Stack Engineer

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Contract - 2 months (strong possibility of extension)

Pay Range: $55/hr - $60.71/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer with Agentic AI expertise to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, Agentic AI, and Machine Learning and a proven ability to design, build, and operate production agentic AI systems at scale .

Responsibilities:

• Build and operate production agentic AI systems, including deployed, monitored, and debugged agents running at scale.
• Own agentic use cases end-to-end, partnering with business stakeholders from problem definition through delivery and operational support.
• Design orchestration patterns for autonomous or semi-autonomous agents using modern agent frameworks and production orchestration layers.
• Develop enterprise capabilities as tools or skills for LLMs to enable controlled, scalable interaction with business systems and workflows.
• Engineer reliable backend services for agentic workloads with emphasis on Python and integration with Java service layers where required.
• Implement and support production infrastructure for AI workloads, including Kubernetes-based environments and model-serving components such as vLLM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python with demonstrated delivery of production services.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI patterns, LLM tooling, and agent frameworks.
• Strong Machine Learning foundations and applied ML in production contexts.
• Experience with production monitoring, debugging, and reliability practices.
• 8+ years of relevant industry experience with the required skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Java full stack development and Microservices design.
• Event streaming with Kafka.

Additional Details:

• This is an onsite role in Plano, TX. Candidates must be local to the Plano, TX area.
• No vaccination requirement and no visa restrictions for this role.
• Travel and expenses will not be reimbursed by the client.
• The client name and primary manager's name will not be disclosed to suppliers.
