AI Technical Program Manager

Driving the responsible adoption of AI tools in a full-time remote capacity, the AI Technical Program Manager will manage platform configuration, operations, and engagement strategies across a 3,000-person aviation software organization. Key Responsibilities Build and run a multi-channel adoption program, including training, demos, and community engagement Own the configuration of enterprise AI platforms and maintain integrations with existing systems Define and instrument adoption KPIs, reporting on usage and productivity outcomes to stakeholders Required Qualifications 3+ years in a technical role involving platform operations and internal stakeholder engagement Hands-on experience configuring enterprise AI platforms, including user provisioning and permissions Comfort with cloud infrastructure concepts and basic scripting for debugging integrations Demonstrated ability to design and run internal programs, including communications and training Strong written communication skills for creating various documentation and reports
