Direct Support Professional

Direct Support Professional (DSP) helps individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) complete everyday living tasks and achieve their goals. Works full‑time shifts in Havelock, NC and surrounding areas with local community travel. Responsibilities Provide care in the client’s home and community. Assist with housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, personal care (bathing, dressing, toiletry, diaper change) and employment support. Transport clients to appointments and run errands. Help plan and organize client schedules. Document and report daily activities in the electronic health record. Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $15/hour. Optional 403(b) retirement plan.
