Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical telemetry unit. This position requires expertise in providing exceptional patient care on a 36-bed telemetry/surgical floor during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medication and monitor patient vitals and conditions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
- Utilize EPIC systems for documentation and patient management.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during recovery.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical telemetry setting.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system is required.
Work Schedule
This position involves 4x12-hour night shifts, running from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility with scheduling is essential as block scheduling is not provided.
