Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical telemetry unit. This position requires expertise in providing exceptional patient care on a 36-bed telemetry/surgical floor during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medication and monitor patient vitals and conditions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
Utilize EPIC systems for documentation and patient management.
Provide compassionate support to patients and families during recovery.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical telemetry setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system is required.

Work Schedule

This position involves 4x12-hour night shifts, running from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility with scheduling is essential as block scheduling is not provided.
