Leading a team of operations professionals, the full-time Senior Operations Excellence Manager will own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, driving measurable outcomes through process engineering, organizational design, and AI-enabled solutions in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team while managing priorities and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement Own and execute operational excellence initiatives end-to-end, crafting business cases and driving measurable business outcomes Leverage AI tools and modern workflow capabilities to enhance team operations and influence the operational strategy Required qualifications Prior experience in people management is strongly preferred Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a keen interest in technology's impact on operations Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives Experience in process (re)engineering and organizational design Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
