• Call only coverage -- 24-hour shifts (beeper call)
• 2 - 15 patients per shift
• Inpatient setting -- hospital with stroke certification
• Adult neurosurgery required -- pediatric preferred
• VP shunt, ICP monitor placement, and spinal surgery required
• External traction application required
• Ongoing coverage potential
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
