Compensation Hourly rate ranges from $21.00 - $21.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage as well as all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with all Company policies and procedures. Working Hours This position will work up to 38 hours per week. Requirements Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience is required. Physical Demands The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
