Human Resource Generalist

- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment labor laws.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews through an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Maintain employee records and manage data collection using HR software such as ADP, Oracle, UltiPro, or Dayforce.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Address employee relations issues by providing conflict management support and guidance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Monitor employee performance evaluations and provide support for performance management processes.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee engagement and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- SHRM Certification preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as , ADP, Oracle, UltiPro, or Dayforce is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection and record maintenance.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
