Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical Surgical night shift position requiring an active IL RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Work in the Medical Surgical unit (4 East) of an acute care hospital setting
• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Uses Epic EMR
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation, during which guaranteed hours do not apply

Requirements

• Active IL RN license required or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• BSN not required
• Must pass a negative drug screen for all panels as facility is a Drug-Free Campus

Additional Information

• Provide medical-surgical nursing care to patients in an acute care setting
• Cancellation policy allows for the equivalent of 12 hours per 13-week assignment with no penalty
• Local candidates are welcome to apply, with reduced local rates available for those with a permanent address within 50 miles of the facility
