Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.


The Licensed Social Worker/Licensed Professional Counselor position provides direct behavioral health services to multi-need individuals and families, including biopsychosocial assessments, provisional diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions under supervision. The role is responsible for developing individualized treatment plans that are strengths based and trauma-informed, while maintaining compliant documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. This position requires active participation in supervision, ongoing training, and adherence to professional and ethical standards. Services may be delivered in home, office, school, community, or telehealth settings, with travel and flexible hours based on client and program needs.


The salary range for this position is $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year based on experience.

  • Dependently Licensed: $22.29/hr. - $26.82 and is hourly non-exempt.
  • Dependently Licensed, Seeking Independent Licensure: $24.93/hr. - $29.20 and is hourly non-exempt.
  • Independently Licensed: $61,174.73-$71,675.95 and is salary exempt.
Essential Functions:
Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate provisional diagnoses under supervision
Engage individuals and families in the home and community to identify strengths, barriers, and goals related to behavioral health and daily functioning
Provide therapeutic and supportive interventions within scope of licensure and supervision
Develop and update treatment plans using trauma-informed, strengths-based principles
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure continuity of care
Maintain timely, accurate, compliant documentation
Deliver care in home and community-based settings
Participate in team meetings, supervision, and required training to support ongoing development
Practice professionally and ethically in accordance with the Code of Ethics of licensing board
Utilizes databases and Electronic Health Record systems for accurate client documentation
Maintain compliance with HIPAA, mandated reporting requirements, and professional ethical guidelines
Adhere to ISBH EHR documentation policy
Meet ISBH standards for productivity and quality of service delivery
Travel within designated service area
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:
Education/Licensure:

A high school degree or GED equivalent is required
A bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or related field is required
A master's degree in counseling, social work or related field is preferred
Active license in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required

Experience:
Experience serving multi-need individuals and families is required
Experience partnering with local behavioral health systems, housing, legal systems, and social services is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written is required
Excellent organizational skills are required
Trauma-informed engagement skills are required
Ability to use a personal vehicle or company vehicle to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings is required
Ability to maintain confidential information is required
Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health systems is preferred
Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle is required
An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
Ability to use a personal vehicle or company vehicle to provide services in homes, schools, and community settings is required
Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
Ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
Ability to maintain high-speed internet connection is required

Physical Requirements:
May require the ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive for extended periods.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer is required
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times is required
