Position Description

Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Assist residents in improving functional independence, mobility, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
Document patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve rehabilitation goals.

Associate Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Active Oregon COTA license in good standing.
Previous SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred.
