The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Pilates principles, confidence in teaching, safe and effective programming, and the ability to create a welcoming and motivating experience for participants of all levels. Key Responsibilities Teach engaging and effective Pilates Reformer classes using Merrithew ®/STOTT PILATES ® methodology. Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and needs, ensuring safety and proper alignment. Maintain a positive, professional, and inclusive environment for all participants. Build relationships with members and encourage continued participation and growth in the Pilates program. Keep studio space organized, clean, and prepared for each class session. Stay current with continuing education and best practices for Pilates instruction. Qualifications Current Pilates Reformer Certification, preferably Merrithew ®/STOTT PILATES ® or equivalent recognized program, Experience teaching group Reformer classes and/or private sessions. Strong verbal cueing, body awareness, and ability to lead safely and confidently. Passion for movement, posture, alignment, and improving clients' wellbeing.
