Job Title: Product Researcher Location: Mason, OH Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0
Responsibilities
- Onboards to client systems and performs the basic and critical experimental work of day-to-day applied research.
- Executes procedural tasks in labs, pilot plants, clinical sites, or on computers, including assembly of samples/prototypes and running tests.
- Creates and updates specifications based on standard information and executes simple technical solutions.
- Supports analytical testing by submitting products to analytical labs.
- Utilizes client systems such as SMART, Desktop Reporter, and GAIMS.
- Assists the product team in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.
- Conducts customer and market research, documenting findings analytically.
- Technical rigor to produce, review, and document technical and consumer data points.
- High proficiency and experience using computer tools (Word, Excel, Internet Explorer or Chrome).
- Experience in R&D products research for testing and documenting results.
- Ability to communicate unexpected results and execute with excellence, on time and with quality.
