Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed occupational therapist for a full-time role in an outpatient clinic in McAlester, OK. Your skills will support patients on their journey to healing and independence.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability to meet clinic and patient needs.

Job Details and Role Expectations

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and interventions for outpatient populations aiming to improve functional independence.
• Develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust interventions based on patient response and goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients and caregivers.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, clinic policies, and billing/documentation standards.
• Use clinical reasoning to support patient-centered care across a range of diagnoses common to outpatient settings.
