Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time

 

Solon Pointe in Solon is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team! We are currently hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN nurses with our NEW wage scale .

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Complete resident assessments and ensure thorough documentation

• Monitor residents and notify physicians of any changes in condition

• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff

• Ensure residents receive high-quality care in a safe, respectful environment

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program or college/university

• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license

• Current CPR certification

• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
