Contract | Rotating Days/Nights (7a–7p, 7p–7a) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 4-bed Emergency Room with 2 trauma bays, operating as a Trauma Level IV, STEMI-receiving, and Stroke-designated facility
• Manage ER holds intermixed within the ER environment and utilize separate psych/seclusion rooms as needed
• Read and interpret cardiac monitor strips independently using Mindray telemetry equipment
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory equipment including vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow devices
• Float to Med/Surg and Swing Bed unit as required
• Maintain required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and TNCC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience
• Previous Med/Surg experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Must not have been employed full-time, part-time, or PRN with any CommonSpirit-affiliated facility (including CHI and/or Dignity) within the past year

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS certification preferred
• Experience working in a small or critical access emergency department setting
• Familiarity with Mindray telemetry monitoring systems
