Location: Burlington, WA Salary: $170,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually Description Our client is currently seeking a Senior Plant Manager for their manufacturing facility in northern Washington. Salary: $170,000 - $200,000 + 25% Bonus Extensive Relocation Package** Comprehensive Benefits Package** Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Operations Management, or related field 8+ years of progressive manufacturing or food production leadership experience Proven success leading multi-department plant operations and achieving productivity, quality, and financial targets Experience managing budgets, capital investments, and operational performance metrics Strong knowledge of USDA regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing leadership teams Responsibilities Lead day-to-day processing operations across multiple functional areas Drive safety, quality, yield, cost, and customer service performance Develop operational strategies that improve efficiency and profitability Partner with support functions to achieve business objectives and strengthen employee engagement Ensure regulatory compliance and food safety standards are consistently met Coach and develop plant leadership while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr
