Client Care Liaison: Payer & Care Coordination

AccentCare in South Holland is seeking a Client Care Liaison for our Personal Care Services. This full-time, on-site role supports insurance payer interactions, eligibility verifications, and service authorizations to ensure uninterrupted patient care. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED; home health care experience is a plus, and bilingual English/Spanish is a bonus.
