Schedule

• Approximately 33 hours per week
• Clinic hours vary and include:
• Monday–Friday clinic operating hours
• Every other weekend required
• Holiday rotation may be required
• Individual start date

Position Overview

A-Line Staffing is seeking an experienced  Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)to join a team in Keller, Texas. This is an onsite, patient-facing position where you will provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family healthcare in a collaborative retail clinic environment.

Working alongside a dedicated clinical care team, you'll deliver comprehensive patient care, preventive services, chronic disease management, and health education while practicing autonomously within established clinical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based primary and family healthcare services
• Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Perform routine physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing patient care
• Counsel patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and wellness
• Manage chronic health conditions using evidence-based practices
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Document patient encounters using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Perform clinic administrative responsibilities including:
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Inventory management
• Insurance verification
• Patient follow-up
• Payment collection
• Maintaining a clean, safe clinical environment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to improve patient outcomes

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited  Family Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active Texas Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of recent Nurse Practitioner experience in:
• Primary Care
• Family Medicine
• Urgent Care
• Current BLS Certification through the  American Heart Association (AHA)or  American Red Cross (ARC)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Experience using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to practice independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a collaborative clinical care team

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail health clinic experience
• Experience managing chronic disease populations
• Preventive care and wellness counseling experience
• Adaptability in a fast-paced outpatient environment
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure if needed

Important Requirements

Candidates must have recent Primary Care or Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner experience. Applicants without this experience cannot be considered.
