About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its team. The CMO will be responsible for the development, implementation, and monitoring of clinical practice standards, as well as the overall integration, coordination, and quality of clinical care provided by the medical staff. This leadership role involves fostering and maintaining partnerships between the hospital and its medical staff, championing a culture of safety, and supporting care standards to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare delivery. The CMO will also serve as a key liaison with major regulatory agencies, participate in initiatives to improve patient care, and leverage data and analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making. Candidates for the CMO position at the company must have a Medical Doctorate, be board-certified, and hold a valid MA medical license. A minimum of 10 years in clinical practice, with at least 5 years in an administrative/management role, is required. A Master’s degree in business, public health, or health administration is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated fiscal management skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams. The CMO will also be involved in the resolution of medical staff issues, the implementation of quality improvement strategies, and the oversight of medical staff relations to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with national standards.
