Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Compensation 25-35 hourly Plesh Electric has been doing electrical work in New Jersey for 30 years — residential and commercial installations, generator systems, service upgrades, and remodeling projects.
