Regional Dry Van Company Driver W2 - Woonsocket, RI
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for an OTR position that allows you to return home weekly with minimal physical effort? At American Trucking Group, we offer dry van routes throughout the Northeast, equipped with top-notch equipment and attractive compensation. Experience the autonomy of over-the-road driving while sticking to a reliable schedule that ensures you’re home every week.
Home Time:
- Return home each week for a 34-hour reset. Our OTR routes are tailored to provide consistent miles while allowing you to maintain quality time with family and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Operate late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks, featuring 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems for climate control. You can take your designated truck and trailer home as long as safe parking is accessible.
No Touch Freight:
- Primarily handle dry van freight with 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations. The physical work is minimal, enabling you to concentrate on driving and enhancing your efficiency.
Pay and Miles:
- Drivers earn an average of $1,000 to $1,450 weekly, influenced by mileage and performance. Additional compensation includes detention pay based on customer policy, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and an annual safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free driving.
Running Area:
- Covering Northeast regional routes from Maine to Virginia, with all tolls paid via EZ Pass and toll cards.
