Location: Raleigh, NC/Richardson, TX (5 Days Onsite in a week)

Required Skill and Experience

Experience with Alfabet/Bizzdesign development, configuration, customization, and administration. Experience developing Alfabet integrations with external systems, APIs, data feeds, or enterprise integration platforms. Experience configuring Alfabet workflows, data objects, data capture templates, business rules, forms, views, and governance processes. Experience developing reports, dashboards, queries, and analytics within Alfabet or related reporting tools. Experience supporting Software AG / Bizzdesign Alfabet customers as a product SME or implementation specialist. Experience with SQL, APIs, web services, ETL processes, data modeling, and enterprise integration patterns. Experience in large enterprise environments with complex application, technology, and portfolio data landscapes.

Preferred Skill and Experience

Understanding of Enterprise Architecture Management, Technology Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Information Portfolio Management, and architecture governance concepts. Ability to troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data quality, reports, workflows, system jobs, and platform performance.
