JOB SUMMARY:

Provide exceptional customer service for Commercial Lending customers, participate in relationship planning and enhancement of business relationships, loan operations management, and credit analysis.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Responsible for new business development. Maintains positive relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.

1. Maintains a working knowledge of all bank products and services. Recognizes cross-sale opportunities and refers sales opportunities in response to customer needs.

1. Works closely with Loan Operations to ensure a transparent transition from pipeline business to booked loans. Resolves operational problems and recommends alternative procedures for daily loan administration.

1. Manages credit and Guarantor files to ensure bank compliance. Routinely checks files for accuracy and to make certain all required documents are present.

1. Collects, verifies, and validates credit information and prepares credit write-ups/annual reviews for loan committee. Assists manager with credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and preparing credit summaries.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years Commercial Lending experience
• Exemplary customer service and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high level of proficiency and accuracy
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and analytical ability
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• General knowledge of financial accounting theory and logic
• Proficient with PC software and applicable mainframe systems
• Proficient with Excel
