As an Assistant Property Manager, you're the backbone of our property management team, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction. You handle day-to-day tasks like coordinating maintenance, managing tenant communications, and assisting with lease agreements. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive relationships with tenants and supporting the property manager in achieving operational goals. Compensation:

$35,000 - $42,000 per year

• Govern property management activities to ensure regulatory compliance
• Administer the day-to-day functions of properties to ensure efficient operations and tenant contentment

• Supervise daily property workflows to achieve operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction

• Knowledge of tenant relations and lease handling is advantageous
• Three-plus years working in property management
• Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills
• Possession of a Real Estate License or Property Management Certification is preferred
• Formal education in business, real estate, or an associated field
