What You'll Do As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely fashion. Your work will contribute to the financial stability of our organization, ensuring resources are optimized to provide the best care for our residents. Key Responsibilities Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly Interact with residents, families, and external partners to address billing inquiries and provide clear, empathetic explanations when needed Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency If you are passionate about ensuring our resources are optimized to provide the best care to our residents, in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated, we invite you to join our team as an Account Receivable Specialist.
