The Law Offices of Joumana Kayrouz in Southfield, MI is seeking a Client Services Concierge to be the welcoming face and voice of the firm. You will triage client matters, de-escalate situations, and keep clients informed and supported throughout the life of a case. This on-site, full-time role requires exceptional customer service in a high-touch environment, coordination with attorneys and staff, and a calm, organized presence under pressure.
