Customer Care Specialist

Customer Care Specialist at Leica Biosystems handles order-to-invoice processing, customer coordination, and issue resolution for diagnostics and life sciences products. The role bridges customers, logistics, and internal teams to ensure accurate billing, timely fulfillment, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Process and coordinate routine order-to-invoice activities including consumables, instruments, and invoicing
- Act as operational link between customers, logistics, and internal stakeholders for issue resolution
- Manage credit notes, returns administration, and invoice corrections with accurate record-keeping
- Investigate customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes within established guidelines and compliance standards
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of work experience in customer care or customer-facing roles
- High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- SAP or ERP experience for order management and invoicing preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages beneficial
- Experience with Danaher Business System tools and continuous improvement methodologies preferred
- Life sciences, medical devices, or diagnostics industry background preferred
Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 base; eligible for bonus and incentive pay
