To better serve our community, we are expanding our inpatient capacity from 48 to 72 beds . This growth allows us to welcome more individuals into our specialized, comfortable healing spaces. It also expands our tight-knit team of professionals who bring dynamic energy to our halls every single day.

How you'll contribute:

A BH RN who excels in this role:

• Will assess the patient and plan care within set time-frames and document findings according to policies.

• Will monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician.

• RN will consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients.

• Delivery of quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies.

What we are looking for:

Applicants should have a current Ohio RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Certifications: CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of employment.

• Experience: 1-year experience in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.

We provide high-quality compassionate care for those facing mental health and addiction challenges.
