Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher Certification
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Experience working within K-8 resource and/or self-contained settings is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth and advocating for individual learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse abilities, following individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to implement accommodations and modifications
• Manage caseload compliance, IEP meetings, and data collection for progress monitoring
• Foster a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Participate in professional development as required to maintain certification
• Flexibility to work across multiple school sites as determined by caseload assignment
