Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.00/hr

What's a typical day as Finishing Operator- 1st shift? You'll be:

• Performing quality checks on finished bags and pouches during production
• Packing completed products into shipping boxes and moving them to the packing area
• Assembling boxes, applying informational/identification labels, and preparing shipments
• Assisting operators and team members with production and machine changeovers
• Filling hot melt units and helping as part of the pit crew during press changeovers
• Performing basic QC testing and troubleshooting minor packaging issues
• Maintaining a clean, organized work area and following all plant safety procedures
• Supporting food safety and reporting concerns as needed

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (preferred)
• Possess basic computer skills and mechanical aptitude
• Are detail oriented and committed to quality work
• Can follow safety procedures and production instructions closely
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing setting
• Are able to stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift 50 lbs. or more throughout your shift
