Responsibilities

• Customer service experience required, including greeting guests as they enter the restaurant

• Assist with restocking, trash disposal, sweeping and sanitizing tables

• Ability to uphold cleanliness standards in the dining room, patio, and bathrooms

• Proactively clear guest trays in the dining room

• Maintain a high level of professionalism

• Support team and guests with table touches

• Create and maintain eye contact

• Speak enthusiastically

• Make emotional connections with guest

• Proactively serve team and guest

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Have reliable transportation
• Work standing feet for several hours at a time
• Have the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
• Have the ability to lift and carry approximately 20lbs
• Available Friday and Saturday, in addition to some weekdays
• Work well under pressure, independently, and in a team environment
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
