Position – Licensed PracticalNurse (LPN) Location: Holton Manor – Elkhorn, WI (On-site) Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN Schedule: Days | PMs | NOCs | Weekends –TrueFlexible scheduling-you choosewhat fitsyour schedule Job Summary: TheLPNmust beaclinically competent, licensed practical nurse who provides care to a group of patients/residents under general supervision/delegation of a registered nurse according to established policies, procedures, protocols and standards of practice and care. Effectively interacts with patients/residents, families, responsibleparty, and all health team members.
