Our training and technology-driven process has helped people from retail sales, bartending, restaurant service, cell phone sales, customer service, car rental, and direct sales backgrounds transition into successful automotive purchasing professionals. This position is based out of our Ballwin, MO location.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and purchase vehicles directly from customers
• Work with customers in-person, over the phone, and online to provide vehicle appraisals and explain the purchasing process
• Use market data, software tools, and vehicle history reports to determine competitive vehicle values
• Create a fast, transparent, and professional experience for customers looking to sell their vehicles
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure purchased vehicles move efficiently through the process
• Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business
• Take care of fellow team members by helping them achieve success

What You'll Need

We use cutting edge appraisal and customer management technology designed to help you perform your job efficiently and at a high level. The ability to be comfortable with technology is a must to be successful in this role.

• Enthusiastic personality with high energy and a willingness to meet new people and challenges
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• A growth mindset and the ability to learn quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Valid driver's license required
