Job Purpose and ImpactThe Maintenance and Reliability Supervisor will supervise and execute the deployment of overall leading maintenance practices aligned to production needs. In this role, you will lead a team that executes routine complex activities to maintain and improve capacity utilization and quality standards realized through reliable operations across the region.Key AccountabilitiesSupervise the execution of specific equipment maintenance strategy for each asset involved with containing, controlling or safeguarding a high hazard process.Implement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards.Lead the integration of contractor partners and equipment providing support to the plant force.Partner with regional and global leadership to develop area leading practices.Oversee the development of the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.Other duties as assigned#LI-SK7 QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experienceMinimum of four years of related work experienceOther minimum qualifications may applyPreferred QualificationsTwo years of supervisory experienceExperience overseeing third party resources to deliver business resultsKnowledge of related tools, processes controls and area technology systemsExperienced in using SAP and various reliability software and toolsPet food industry experience and/or extrusion experienceProject Management experiencePosting Details• Location: Owatonna, Minnesota• The business will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position• Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.• The expected salary for this position is $100,000-$130,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
