Travel/Local LTC Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Travel/local licensed practical nurse (LPN) for a 13-week assignment in or near Hendricks, Minnesota. Provide nursing care in long-term care settings, administer medications, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and maintain documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to long-term care residents following state and facility guidelines.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while monitoring patient responses and documenting findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families on health management, medication use, and wellness practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and observations.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification (recommended).
• OSHA health and safety training.
• Minimum of 1 year of licensed practical nurse experience in long-term care or related settings.
• Ability to work evening shifts.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
