Core Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation Target Growth: Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities with non-automotive OEMs and manufacturers. Pipeline Creation: Prospect, generate, and qualify fresh leads to build a robust target account list. Relationship Building: Establish strong partnerships with customer engineering, purchasing, operations, and executive teams. Client Engagement: Lead customer meetings and deliver compelling capability presentations. Sales Strategy & Planning Market Expansion: Analyze and recommend attractive growth markets, customers, and expansion strategies. Strategic Planning: Assist leadership with annual and quarterly sales planning and strategic account development. Opportunity Management Pipeline Velocity: Advance sales opportunities seamlessly through the pipeline from prospecting to award. Collaboration: Coordinate customer on-site visits and collaborate on quotation and proposal activities. Account Planning: Develop and execute tailored, customer-specific growth plans. Reporting & Communication Data Tracking: Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and key sales metrics within our CRM. Leadership Alignment: Provide regular pipeline updates and actively participate in periodic leadership meetings. Position Requirements Minimum Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of proven success in B2B manufacturing sales. Industry Knowledge: Hands‑on experience selling metal components, fabricated products, or industrial solutions. Sales DNA: A proven track record of winning new business driven by a strong hunter mentality. Stakeholder Fluency: Ability to effectively engage and influence both technical (engineering) and commercial (purchasing/executive) stakeholders. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship‑building talents. Preferred Qualifications Technical Processes: Experience with roll‑forming, stamping, tube fabrication, or similar metal‑working processes.
