Join us!This job is responsible for reviewing residential appraisal reports completed by staff or third-party appraisers to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and valuation guidelines for lending. Key responsibilities include conducting quality reviews, requesting revisions for non-compliant reports, and mitigating risk. Job expectations include requiring appraiser license/certification, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication skills to address issues and report outcomes.Responsibilities:Completes residential property valuation product quality reviews and/or analyses while maintaining individual work queue(s) to support production goalsCompletes enterprise and/or management cascaded compliance trainingAttends team calls/meetings to understand department goals, initiatives, processes and strategiesMaintains appropriate state appraisal licensure and completes all required continuing educationUnderstands, and adapts to changes to, applicable industry laws, rules, regulations, and guidelines affecting real property valuationsDelivers process outputs and relevant reporting requested by managementRequired Skills:5+ years appraisal/appraisal review experienceSate licensed (certified or certified general) appraiser in good standing.Skills:Attention to DetailQuality AssuranceRecord KeepingReportingAdaptabilityCollaborationOral CommunicationsProblem SolvingResearchBusiness AcumenInnovative ThinkingMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40
